Sales policy

We thank you for your reservation, and kindly ask you to pay attention to the following working conditions of the hotel.

An advance payment of 30% is required to make a reservation, and the remaining amount is paid upon departure.Villa Valdibora charges the guest's credit card immediately after the reservation has been made. In cases of cancellation, or the no-show of guests, this advance payment is not returned.
  • It is possible to check in to the hotel after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  • Rooms must be vacated before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Prior to departure, your final account must be settled at reception.
  • The specified prices are informative only (due to exchange rate)
  • Payments for the reserved period of stay are made at reception, and are made according to the relevant price list shown in Kuna on the day that payment is made.

  • The hotel reserves the right to reject, cancel, or change a reservation in so far as there has been an abuse of the reservation system or where a reservation has been made that is clearly the fault of the user.
  • We hold reservations until 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Currency

The announced prices in EUR are orientational. Payments by credit card are carried out in Croatian Kuna (HRK).
The amount is charged to your credit card in Croatian Kuna, which your card provider will then convert into your national currency according to your country’s appropriate exchange rate.
As a result of this, it is possible that there might be a minimal deviation from the prices that are shown in Euro on our web site.

We respects your privacy. Any correspondence between us and our clients is considered as strictly confidential relationship. We guarantee that any information you give to Villa Valdibora will be held with utmost care and will not be used in a ways that you have not consented to. Villa Valdibora does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including forms or email lists.

Disclosure of your identity

We do not disclose the identities of our users unless we are legally required to do so or obtain your consent. If we receive a request by a legal authority we will contact the user whose identity has been requested using the contact information the user has provided.

Legal disclaimer

Even though we use state of the art computer security software, being a "public access" site, we assume no responsibility for errors, interruptions, defects, harmful components, viruses and bugs. It is the user's duty to execute anti-contamination or anti-virus software and ensure that any information, if contaminated or infected, will not damage the user's information or system.

The user agrees to indemnify us from errors, interruptions, delays of service for telephone, network, ISP, electronic, computer or other communication problems or failures of any kind.
Villa Valdibora web service is provided on "as available" basis. We disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or commercial damages including loss of profit, that might result from use of, or inability to use of this site.

Villa Valdibora reserves the right to change any of the information listed in this document and will notify users of any changes by posting the new version of this document to the site.

 

Hotel Pet Policy

We love animals at Hotel Villa Valdibora; however we can only offer a limited number of rooms to guests with pets, located on the first floor. Please note that the suites are not available for pets, only our standard rooms.

There is a fee per pet per night to be posted with your room charges.

petsPets must be properly controlled at all times while on hotel property and must be leashed when out of the guestroom. It is very important to respect this rule!

You must be in your room, or out with your pet when the maid is cleaning the room. The maid will NOT clean your room if the pet is in the room without you!

Owners should bring pet bedding and dishes; no pets on the beds or furniture.
We expect you to clean up after your pet.

Owner will be charged for any damage  that have been done by pets including extra cleaning costs.

Pets cannot enter the hotel breakfast room.

If a pet becomes aggressive to any guest or other person in the hotel, pet owners agree to remove their pet promptly from the hotel upon request unless a mutually acceptable compromise can be met.
